I was only able to figure how to match category and image by using the category ID, so here is a quick guide:

office = id_77.jpg
jewelry = id_3.jpg
home = id_18.jpg
candles = id_4.jpg
books = id_52.jpg
body&bath = id_49.jpg

id_9.jpg is just a blank white strip. The main products page is considered a category, so Wordpress wants to put an image there. I subverted this by making it a white strip.
