Taxes
Porch Light is located in Portland, Oregon, a sales tax-free state. Consequently, we are not required to collect sales tax. This is based on a 1992 Supreme Court decision which held that mail order merchants do not need to collect sales tax for sales into states where they do not have a physical presence.
