Carved Lost Wax Cast Brass Floral Labradorite Statement Earrings

The in bloom statement earrings are part of Serpentine's collection of original jewelry designs which were first lovingly hand carved from wax then cast locally in brass. Featuring a long upside down flower with charming details like little buds, sweet petals and a trio of labradorite teardrop beads. The earrings have sterling silver post backs. 

The flower was inspired by a detail on an antique Victorian rose water sprinkler that I came across at a flea market. I carved the floral wax model during the darkest months of winter when all I could think about was flowers and sunshine (a better time ahead). They're forever flowers that you can wear no matter the season!

Labradorite is believed to strengthen intuition and increase motivation.

They measure just over 2.75" long and 1" across.
